Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact Opposed Solutions within 30 days of receiving your order by sending an email to support@opposedsolutions.com. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return and we will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact Opposed Solutions to arrange the exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your refund or replacement.
